Refunds

All sales are final, be we also want you to be happy with your order!

If something comes up and your order isn't as expected, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right! 

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until a tracking number has been generated for you order.  Once it has shipped we will no longer be able to cancel the order.  If you have a concern, please reach out to us!


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
